Rounded stainless steel well with 10 mm steel bottom plate for better heat
distribution. The pan is fitted electronically by means of a switch. The tilting axis is strategically placed for ease of cleaning. Heating is by means of an element that
is in direct contact with the stainless steel base of the pan. Thermostatically controlled heat regulator that can be regulated between 50 °C – 300°C. Stainless steel recessed control panel prevents accidental adjustment of the controls.
